At Bayside Outfitters focusses on minimizing environmental impact through the "Leave No Trace" principles and the  Scouting Outdoor Code.

These practices ensure nature is preserved for future generations.

  • Plan Ahead and Prepare: Minimize waste by pre-packaging food, avoiding single-use items, and choosing eco-friendly products.

  • Travel and Camp on Durable Surfaces: Stick to designated trails and existing campsites to avoid eroding new ground.

  • Dispose of Waste Properly (Pack In, Pack Out): Take all trash, leftover foo463B27d, and litter back with you.

  • Leave What You Find: Preserve the landscape by leaving rocks, plants, and artifacts undisturbed.

  • Minimize Campfire Impacts: Use established fire rings, keep fires small, or use lightweight stoves instead.

  • Respect Wildlife: Observe animals from a distance and do not feed them.

  • Be Considerate of Others: Keep noise levels down, manage pets, and keep gear blended with the environment.

Bayside Outfitters provides guided outdoor experiences across two of the Bay Area’s most diverse waterways. Our guides help participants build paddling skills, explore local ecology, and develop practical outdoor knowledge in real-world environments.
