At Bayside Outfitters, safety is our highest priority and is integrated into every aspect of our programs. All instructors are certified in First Aid and CPR through the American Red Cross and are trained in accordance with Scouting America safety standards, including Youth Protection Training requirements.

We adhere to established safety protocols, including appropriate supervision ratios, two-deep leadership practices, routine equipment inspections, environmental risk assessments, and proper approved gear. Each program is carefully planned and executed to ensure a structured, controlled, and supportive environment for all participants.

Our commitment is to provide a safe and professional setting where individuals can build confidence, develop outdoor skills, and participate in meaningful experiences with the highest level of care and oversight.
