2-Day Kayaking Program 9am-3pm

Description

Enjoy an easy trek through the water while earning the Kayaking Merit Badge or earning homeschool credits. Kayak, paddles & lifejackets provided. 6 hours per day, 2-day course. Participants will require a signed parental consent form confirming adequate swimming ability. BRING - Sack Lunch · Water · Sunscreen · Swimwear (1-piece for females) · Towel · Foldable Camping Chair HOMESCHOOLERS: This program typically counts as a 0.25 Elective or Physical Education credit. These credits apply only to students operating under a Private School Affidavit (PSA) filed with the California Department of Education (CDE). Please contact your public school or advisor for more information if you are enrolled in special programming such as Home & Hospital to verify qualification. SCOUTS: Your instructor is a registered merit badge counselor approved by Scouting America and blue cards can be signed. You must be at least age 11 or age 10 if you have completed 5th grade or earned Arrow of Light (firm) to qualify for the merit badge.
